CHRIST-LIKE CHARACTERS

  1. Character of Love: Love should be the motivating factor of everything we do as far as the kingdom of God is concerned. (1st Thessalonians 1:3)

Why should we love?

  1. Love is a command. (John 14:15; John 13:34–35; John 15:12) Violation of God’s command may lead to punishment.
  2. Love for credit purposes. (Luke 6:35–36)
  3. Love is a coverage (Proverbs 10:12; 1st Peter 4:8; 1st Corinthians 13:1–8): patience, kind, does not envy, not rude.
